Blackberry Sour Cream Pie
This pie always gets rave reviews! The best thing about it, is that it's quick to make.
9" unbaked pie shell 1 cup sugar 1 cup sour cream 3 tablespoons flour 1/4 teaspoon salt 4 cups fresh or frozen 16 oz pkg blackberries (thawed) 1/4 cup fine bread crumbs 2 tbl flour 1 tbl butter or margarine (melted)
Place berries in pie shell. Combine the one cup sugar, sour cream, flour, and salt. Spread sour cream mixture on top. Combine bread crumbs and remaining sugar and butter. Sprikle on top. Bake 375 degrees for 40 - 45 minutes or 'til done.
