Made these the other night and the family liked them.

Pizza Dough

1 cup water
2 tablespoons oil
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons sugar
3 cups flour
2 teaspoons yeast

Use dough cycle of bread machine.

This is a pizza crust recipe but most pizza places use their crust dough to make bread sticks. Haven't tried forming them individually; I just pat out in a cookie sheet (greased and a little corn meal). Let raise 20 minutes and pop in the oven until brown. I slather some butter and garlic salt on top after they baked.

I worked at Pizza Hut and they pat their crust dough out in a pan and when they are done baking they cut them into strips.
