Chocolate Sour Cream Frosting

1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
3/4 cup sour cream
2 cups powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla

Melt chips in top of double boiler over hot, not boiling water. Stir constantly until completely melted. Remove from heat; beat in sour cream, sugar and vanilla.
