I had put this on the Tips and Tricks, but here is is again. My sisters in law were impressed. (I'm keeping up with the Barrys.)

Make tea sandwiches out of quick bread (pumpkin bread, cranberry/orange bread, banana bread, zucchini bread, etc) and cream cheese: cut a very thin slice off the loaf, spread a thin layer of soft cream cheese on the loaf, glue the slice back on, slice off the sandwich. You can cut these sandwiches in half to get bisquit-sized (cookie-sized) pieces. I use slightly frozen bread (easier to cut thinly) and the low-fat (Neufchatel) cream cheese (softer and easier to spread). I find that the slightly spicy breads work best.

Bon appetit!

S.
