Chocolate Rum and Raisin Slice 1 cup (170g) chopped raisins 2 Tbs dark Rum 100g butter, melted 1 1/2 cups (185g) plain chocolate biscuit crumbs 1 1/2 cups Rice Bubbles (Krispies) 1 cup (70g) shredded coconut 400g can sweet condensed milk
Grease 23cm (about 9inches) square pan, cover base w/ paper and grease paper. Combine raisins and rum in bowl; stand 1 hour. Pour butter evenly into prepaered pan, sprinkle evenly w/ biscuit crumbs then 1/2 the Rice Bubbles. Top w/ raisin mixture, coconut, then remaining Rice Bubbles. Drizzle evenly w/ condensed milk. Bake in moderate oven (180C/350F) for about 20 mins or until lightly browned. Cool in pan, refrigerate 1 hour before cutting.
