This is also a southern receipe . Just fry your raw peanuts in about 1/2 inch of oil.I use my iron skillet and put in about two handfuls at a time. Get the grease hot then put in nuts(you can also fry pecans this way) and fry just till brown. They will float to the top. Just drain on paper towels or a brown paper bag from the grocery store(the brown paper bag keeps them from getting soagy). While hot sprinkle with salt to taste or brown sugar, cajun season,garlic salt or other favorite seasoning. We in the south love our peanuts fried and boiled.
