Beer Nuts

1/2 C. water
1 C. sugar
1 lb. raw peanuts

Mix together and boil until water is gone, stirring periodically. Watch carefully! Spread on jelly roll pan. Sprinkle with 1 1/2 TB. salt and bake at 275 degrees for about 40 minutes, stirring often and watching carefully.
