Artichoke Dip
This is an excellent dip!! Its the best artichoke dip I've ever tried.
8 oz cream cheese 12 oz mozzarella shredded 1 cup mayo 1 cup grated parmesan cheese 1 onion -- finely chopped 2 cloves garlic -- finely chopped or garlic powder 2 small jars marinated artichoke hearts -- DRAIN WELL
Chop artichokes. Then Combine all ingredients and mash Bake in a uncovered casserole dish for approx 30 minutes @ 350 or until bubbly. Serve hot out of the oven and scoop up dip with pita bread or tortilla chips.
