Artichoke Dip with Chiles
1 cup mayonnaise 1 cup grated parmesean cheese (Sometimes I mix parmesean & Romano) 1 can chopped green chilies 1 tbsp. white wine vinegar 1 tsp. minced garlic 1 can artichoke hearts, chopped (I use the food processor) Paprika to sprinkle on top
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into a greased baking dish. Sprinkle the top with paprika.
Bake 30-40 minutes at 350 degrees or until the side begin to brown.
I make this all of the time. Last weekend I tripled it for a large party and it worked out fine. |
