This is my family's favorite Hot Cocoa Mix. I make it at the beginning of winter and store it in an airtight jar. I have also given it away as gifts with a mug for Christmas.

Hot Cocoa Mix
2 C. sifted powdered sugar
2 C. instant nonfat dry milk powder
1 8 oz jar of Coffe-mate Irish Cream flavor
2 C. powdered chocolate milk mix (Like Nestles Quick)
2 C. miniature marshmallows

Combine all of the ingredients in a large bowl and mix well. Store in an airtight container.

Directions:
Combine 1/4 C. of mix with 3/4 C. of boiling water or milk. Stir well. Makes approx. 8 cups or 32 servings.
