Is that Keene, N.H.??? There is a whole section in the archives called Cake in a Jar, lots of recipes, don't know exactly how to get there, but at one time I was looking and found a big bunch of them. I was looking for some which had alcohol or liquour poured over the bread/cake just after taking out of the oven, then sealing them, almost like a rum soaked fruitcake after a few months (if they last that long, mine don't)
