1. Make a regular tossed salad and cut up the meat into bite-sized pieces; sprinkle on top of each person's salad and then serve a ranch or italian salad dressing on the side.
2. Bake some large potatoes at 450° for 50 min. or until done; when they're cool enough to handle, split them in half lengthwise and scoop out the flesh into a large bowl. For each cup of potato mixture, stir in 1 Tb. butter, sand & pepper to taste, 1/2 C. sour cream, 1/2 cup of diced cooked meat and 1/4 c. sliced & sauteed mushrooms.
Pack mixture back into the potato skins and serve with a tossed salad & bread for a quick meal.
