This is great. You're so good to respond. Now - do you freeze it? How about in an icecube tray? I freeze my herbs that way for winter use. I put some chopped frese herbs in, fill with water, freeze, pop out and save in zippered freezer bags for when I want "fresh" herbs for cooking during the winter months. It gets pret-ty cold here in Wisconsin and fresh herbs help chase away the winter blahs. Of course, it's hard to be "blah" when you're trying to keep warm in temperatures dipping to 10, 50, 20 below zero. Brrrrrr! We love it here, tho.
