*spaghetti sauce. It also does well in a *stir-fry dinner. Or sliver it and heat with BBQ sauce for *BBQ sandwiches. The other night I diced some and put it in a *pot of (small white) beans I was cooking --- it went over VERY well.
You can also make a *stew and add it to the pot. If there's just a small amount left, I drop slivers of it on a *garden salad.
