CHERRY MASH CANDY
2 cups sugar 16 regular marshmallows 1 small can or 2/3 cup evaporated milk 1 tsp. vanilla 3/4 cup peanut butter 1 (10 oz.) pkg. cherry chips 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips 1 lb. salted peanuts, chopped
In a large saucepan combine and melt the sugar, marshmallows and evaporated milk. Bring this to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Remove from heat. Add vanilla and cherry chips. Mix well until smooth. Pour into buttered 9 x 13-inch pan.
Melt chocolate chips and peanut butter. Add chopped peanuts. Mix well and pat over the cherry layer. Refrigerate until well set.
CHERRY MASH CANDY
1 lb. almond bark 1/2 stick margarine (less 1 Tbsp. for topping) 1/2 (7 oz.) jar Marshmallow Creme 1 (6 oz.) pkg. cherry chips 1 tsp. vanilla
Topping: 12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips 3/4 cup peanut butter 10 oz. pkg. crushed salted peanuts
Melt almond bark and oleo, then add Marshmallow Creme and melt. Remove from heat and add cherry chips and vanilla. Put into buttered jelly roll pan and press with hands until smooth.
Topping: Melt the 1 tablespoon oleo and chocolate chips, then add peanut butter and salted peanuts. Spread over top. Cut when cool.
