Take a baked angel food cake (either make or buy) and tear into large chunks. Together in a saucepan, put 1 cup orange juice, 1 cup ginger ale and a small bag of small marshmallows. Heat and stir over low heat until marshmallows are melted. let cool. Prepare 2 cups of whipped cream. When mixture is completely cool, pour over cake pieces and mix together. Carefully fold in the whipped cream. Put into either a clear, tall dish or into a flat pan. cover and chill for several hours. Before serving, garnish with fresh or candied fruit. I always double this and put it in a high trifle bowl. that way I am assured there will be enought for seconds or leftovers. This is very easy, very good and pretty for the holiday.
