This is not Denise, it is Cheryl who posted a baked marinated brie Here's another, which is great , but not fruity. You could still eat it with a spoon.
Sun-dried tomato pesto on Brie
1/4 cup chop'd sundried tomatoes 2 tsp. olive oil 2 garlic cloves minced 2 tsp balsamic vinegar 1/4 tsp basil 1/4 cup chop'd parsley pepper
Cover tomatoes with boiling water and let stand 15 min. Drain and chop. In small skillet, heat oil and cook tomatoes, garlic,vinegar and basil for 1 min. Cut rind off top of cheese. Put in oven-proof baking dish, spoon mixture over top and bake 350 for 5 to 10 min or until cheese melts.
