1 1/4 c. good Irish Whiskey
14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. cream or half-and-half
4 eggs (or add a little extra milk)
1 - 2 T. chocolate syrup
2 t. instant coffee
1/2 t. almond extract

Combine all ingredients and blend in blender until smooth. Store tightly covered in refrigerator for up to one month.

This is a great recipe. You may want to taste and adjust the whiskey, the chocolate syrup, and the cream, etc.

I have a good recipe for Amaretto also.
Does any one know how to make Frangelico?
