Here is an easy no muss no fuss way to get the juiciest & tastiest rib roast you could ever want.
Sprinkle your roast with garlic salt & pepper. Start the roast at 500 degrees for 5 minutes per pound, then turn off the oven. Leave the roast in the oven without opening the oven (*very important - don't even open the oven once), for two more hours (rare), 2-1/2 hours (medium), 3 hours (well-done).
I guarantee you won't be disappointed.
