This is the egg roll recipe I have been using for years. It isn't too time- consuming, and my family and friends love them!

2 Pkg egg roll wrappers - 1 egg beaten to seal
1lb ground beef - 1 lb sausage(hot)- 1 cup chopped onions - 1/4 cup soy sauce -
2 sml cans tiny shrimp(drained) - 1 can ea. bamboo shoots and water chestnuts finely chopped - 1 head cabbage (or to save time use 2 bags shredded) 1 Tbl Accent seasoning - 2 tsp garlic pwdr - 1 tsp ginger pdwdr

Brown hamburger and sausage, drain well. Mix with remainder of ingredients. Make sure oil is very hot for deep frying. Wrap 2 heaping Tbl of filling in each wrap. Seal with beaten egg. Deep fry for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Can be frozen and reheated in microwave.
