You can also make chocolate dipped Ritz Bits sandwiches. There are two ways to do this.
1) Buy premade Ritz Bits snack crackers with peanut butter.
2) Melt chocolate (I add a bit of paraffin wax so it stays "liquidy" longer.
3) Dip cracker sandwiches in chocolate and place on wax paper to dry.

OR

1) buy full size Ritz crackers and spread one side with peanut butter
2) top with another Ritz cracker to make a sandwich
Then follow #2 & #3 above.

Your nephew might like the smaller ones though since it will be a bunch of kids.
