(4 oz.) shredded coconut/or 3 1/2 oz. flaked coconut 1/2 cup coarsely chopped pecans or walnuts Cream butter, continue creaming while adding honey in a fine stream. Add salt, vanilla, nutmeg, and egg and beat until well blended. Sift flour with baking powder. Stir in with oats, coconut and nuts, mixing thoroughly. Spoon dough into greased 9-inch square pan. Bake at 350 degrees, 40 to 45 minutes, or until cake tests done. While still warm, cut into squares and serve plain or with honey sweetened whipped cream or softened vanilla ice cream.
