________________________________________________________ Boboli with Dried Tomatoes and Cheese Boboli, a pre-baked cheese crust, is the base for this delicious easy hors d'oeuvre. Ingredients: 1 - 4 oz Boboli crust 2 oz mozzarella cheese, shredded 6-8 halves dried tomatoes, drained and finely chopped 1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese, preferably freshly grated 1 clove garlic, finely minced Directions: Preheat oven to 450†F. Place Boboli crust in an oven proof dish and sprinkle with tomatoes and garlic. Top with cheeses. Bake 5-8 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. Cut into wedges and serve immediately. Boboli Topped with Brie and Pecans Boboli prebaked cheese crusts are perfect bases for the Brie/Pecan topping. Ingredients: 1 8-oz pkg Boboli (2 6-inch crusts) 8 oz Brie, rind removed if desired, and cut in half horizontally 1/4 cup chopped pecans 2 Tbsp butter, melted Directions: Preheat oven to 450ƒF. Place Boboli on a cookie sheet. Top with Brie placed rind side down. Toss pecans in butter and spoon over Brie. Bake 6-8 minutes or until Brie is melted. Cut into wedges to serve. Makes 6-8 appetizer servings.
