you can make the italian dessert Zabaglione with the egg yolks here is recipe from the La Cucina, The Complete Book Of Italian Cooking
Zabaglione
4 fresh eggs yolks
1/4 cup fine granulated sugar
1 tsp corn flour(cornstarch)
1/4 cup marsala
cream the yolks with sugar and cornstarch in a bowl over a pan of hot water.making sure the bottom of the bowl does not tough the water.whisk until pale and frothy.gradualy whisk in marsala.whisk over moderate heat until mixture is thick and creamy.serve in wine glasses Csally
