I've tried many corn bread recipes and most are dry - does anyone have one that is sweet & moist? Kenny Roger's corn bread is good but not crazy about pieces of whole corn in it, can I just blend it to eliminate the chunks of corn or will this ruin the recipe or alter the baking time?
