Bea, this one sounds great too but I don't think I'll have to worry about having any leftovers from it..... Thanks for the help, I'll let you all know how they turn out after the race. I also found another one for "Honey Moist Corn Bread", I'm making several different ones so we can try them all since I don't have to cook the meal itself, just the corn bread so this will be fun experimenting and I'll have quite a few people to take votes from.
