Dear Linda, I am so glad that you and your husband enjoyed my
Tuscan Pot Roast. I received this recipe from a bachelor, about
25 years ago. (No I did not marry him)
Since everyone at TKL (my favorite Site) is interested in my hobby,
I thought the time was right to pass on my favorite recipe.
When I read your "THANK YOU" I was speechless and had Goosebumps.
I also have been guilty of copying recipes and not saying Thank You.
