I am looking for a recipe for a Indian bread that I get from a local restaurnt here in Florida..... The restarunt is the Chart House...... They told me they get their bread from a bakery in California The Paridise Bakery...... It is in Carslbad California.....This is one of the best breads I have ever eaten..... Someone emailed me back on another forum board and said that recipie was requested from Bon Appetit and printed in one of their magaizines.... She has since moved and can't find her recipe....... If anyone knows anything about this bread could they please post it here on this board........ Iwould be ever so grateful.... I have been looking for this recipe for so long.....
