There should be information in your owners manual about repair places - it may be something simple and getting it checked could extend the life of your machine. I had an Oster that lasted just over a year, it was not a good machine. I have 2 DAK machines, one is 5 years old, the other 3. I average 6-8 loaves a week during the school year (if my son buys his lunch), and at least 14 loaves a week in the summer when he is home and hungry all day and night! My machines get a big work out and are great!
