HI Ida I have two machines and they are both DAK. They have to be ordered directly from the company. I think the # is 800-656-2253. We are getting ready to move so things aren't in their normal places, but I think that is it. If not, let me know and I will try to find it.
My machines make round bread. Some people don't like the bottoms because of the whip, but I use that to give my dog his medicine - I also freeze some and when I have enough, make stuffing. They both have the 'turbo' ability, which is handy but the bread doesn't rise as well. I only use it if I am in a hurry. I make all of our bread, rolls, buns, bagels, cinnmon rolls, pizza crusts, etc. I think most machines have setting for different breads - white, wheat, french, etc. These are important because the different flours are heavier and work differently. Mine also have a 'dough' cycle which is great for all the non loaf type things. The machine does the work, then you just roll it out and finish it in the oven. I have heard mixed reviews about the ones that do 2 loaves so not sure how I would like them. A friend had a Welbilt, which looks a lot like DAK, but hers didn't seem as tough and solid as mine. The Oster I had made square but it didn't seem to mix as well - may have just been that machine too. Bread machine bread doesn't have preservatives so doesn't last as long as store bread. I would just recommend looking around and asking questions. I have been totally happy with both of my DAK machines. Let me know if I can answer any more questions. Becky
