Hi Kathy,
First, yes I did buy the cookbook that was being sold and looked for it
yesterday. Seeked but did not find! Family doesn't like celery, so I leave it
out of every recipe, heard it can get mushy though. I will keep looking for
that cookbook, if you should purchase a Nesco(I have a 4 qt) and need recipes,
I'll be happy to post.
