I just turned the page and found an interesting recipe - I'm gonna try this one myself!!
Peanut Butter Cookies
l package regular two layer Duncan Hines yellow cake mix (non-pudding type)
1 - 12oz. jar Jif (1-1/3 cups) peanut butter
1/2 cup cooking oil
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1/4 c. water
l egg
Preheat oven to 375. Combine cake mix, jif, cooking oil, brown sugar, water and egg. mix well. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. (flatten with fork dipped in water, if sticky)Bake for 10-12 minutes till lightly browned. cool slightly before removing from pan to cooling rack.. makes 4/5 dozen....
