Hi
well this is one of my favorites a friend taught it to me and it makes really tender tasty round steak and its quick and easy..

Round Steak (not to thick about 1/4 inch to 1/2 is best)Slightly frozen
1/4 cup soy sauce (reduced sodium is what I use but have used regular also)
2TBSP butter
2tsp garlic powder
2tsp onion powder
loaf french bread (sourdough)

mix butter ,garlic, and onion seasoning spread on steak both sides when still slightly frozen, place steak in pan with sides enough to hold it and soy sauce pour soy sauce over steak cover with plastic wrap and place in refrigerator. Marinate 10 minutes flip steak over and marinate another 10 minutes .
(Note: overnight in refrigerator frozen and set up to marinate works even better, but I often forget but at least 20 minutes)when ready to cook place steak on cookie sheet sprayed with veg. oil place under broiler for about 4 to 6 minutes..(WATCH IT CLOSELY) flip the steak and cook additional 4 to 6 (The time depends on how you like your steak (rare/medrare/well) cut meat into bite size pieces drizzel cooked drippings over pieces serve with french bread to dip in sauce...it yummy. Have also served over white steamed rice..
Enjoy..
Deb
