Back when I was in Elementary School, the cafeteria used to serve hamburger gravy. They would serve it over a big scoop of mashed potatoes. I have tried numerous times since then to recreate this dish, but I just can quite get it right. It was basically just fried hamburger meat, the gravy made from drippings, and some seasonings. If anyone can help, I would be forever grateful.
