2 cans crescent rolls 2 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese 1 c light mayo 1 pkg dry ranch salad dressing mix 1 small pkg cheddar cheese 1 c sliced mushrooms 1 c cauliflower, chopped 1 c broccli chopped 1 c grated carrots
Spray pan. Press rolls evenly onto pan and bake according to directions. Mix cream cheese, dressing and and mayo. Spread onto cooled crust.MIx mushrooms, cauliflower and broccli and gently press into cream cheese mix. Top with shredded carrots and cheese. Store in refrig. |
