Mint Sticks
Prepare brownies acording to package directions and cool completely in pan.
Frosting: melt butter and stir in remaining ingredients. Spread evenly over cooled brownies.Let frosting harden completely before adding glaze.
Frosting 2 tablespoons butter 1 cup confectioner's sugar 1 tablespoon milk 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract food coloring, red or green
Glaze: melt butter and chocolate in double boiler or microwave. Spread evenly over hardened frosting. Glaze 2 tablespoons butter 1 1/2 squares unsweetened baking chocolate
Refrigerate 1-2 hours. Cut into squares. ‹‹‹‹‹
