Hi Fleigh, A friend served this as a dessert with fresh fruit.
1 egg, mixed with a little water to make egg wash 1 sheet Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry, thawed at room temp 1 6" wheel of brie
Unfold puff pastry on lightly floured board. Roll to 12 by 12 square and place on cookie sheet. Place brie in center of pastry and bring corners up to the center. Twist to seal pastry, making sure it is totally sealed. Brush with egg wash. Bake at 400^F for 25 to 30 minutes or til pastry is golden. Allow to cool for 45 minutes before serving. Hope this helps! |
