I did post a brie recipe (on the party page?) that is sooooo easy. I don't even cut up the brie, I just put hot pepper jelly or orange marmalade on the round, sprinkle on a little brown sugar and bake at 375 or so for 10 minutes. If it is straight out of the fridge you might need a few more minutes. The last time I made it I added bacon knots when I took it out of the oven and it was outstanding! (Bacon tied in a knot, rolled in brown sugar and broiled till crisp. I got the recipe for that here, wasn't it one of yours Page?) Serve with crusty bread and enjoy!
