Those breakfast smoothies: in a blender, whirl up a cup of milk (or juice - and add 3 Tbs powdered milk) a banana some strawberries or other fruit
Freeze in paper cups with a popsicle stick.

Instead of salad dressing, whirl some cottage cheese and pineapple or peaches. --------------------- Peanut butter on graham crackers. Let them put rainbow sprinkles on top. -------------------------------
