Hi Kathy, I found some recipes using fresh tart cherries in a cookbook I have (A Taste of the Country). There is one for a cherry crisp, one for cherry-nut breakfast rolls and one for deep-dish cherry pie. Let me know if any of these sound good to you and I will post them as soon as possible.
