Blueberry Dessert
Crust: 20 graham crackers 1/2 cup sugar 1/2 cup melted butter
Filling: 2 eggs 1 cup sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1 (8 oz). pkg. cream cheese, softened
Topping: 1 can blueberry pie filling or make your own with fresh blueberries
Crush graham crackers and combine with sugar and butter. Press in bottom of large pan.
Beat eggs and combine with the rest of filling ingredients and pour over the crumbs.
Bake 15 minutes at 350 degrees. Cool.
Pour the can of blueberry filling over the top. Serve with whipped cream, if desired.
