Cookie Surprises
These are great.

1 pkg refrigerator chocolate chip cookie dough
1 bag hershey's kisses

OR

1 pkg refrigerator brownie dough
1 bag miniature reese's peanut butter cups

In a well greased mini muffin tin, make a one inch ball and press candy in center. (unwrapped of course). If you don't have a mini muffin tin, a cookie sheet will work, but you will have to fold the dough up around the sides of the candy. Bake at 375 for about 10-12 minutes.

Note from Donna, Pa.: Just a quick little note to add. I, also, have made these when in a pinch. If you put the dough in the freezer for about an hour or so, it's much easier to slice. Also, refrigerate the candy...all this hot weather makes for very sticky chocolate. These are good and the candy is an unexpected extra treat. You can also use the refrigerated peanut butter cookie dough, very good.
