I would suggest making lasagne and spaghetti sauce now to freeze so you aren't spending your entire time in the kitchen when your company comes. There are a lot of casseroles that freeze well also. And don't forget you can let your crock pot work all day while you are out, so dinner is ready when you get home. There are a lot of good recipes posted. Most of all, have fun!
