I am a bit confused as to what recipe you are referring. I do not have a sugar-coated recipe but here is Jolly Time's recipe for candy/colored pop corn:

"Backyard Box of Crayons" Pop Corn

3 qts. popped JOLLY TIME Pop Corn
1/2 Tablespoon Butter
2 Tablespoons Jelly or Jam

In a small frying or saute pan, melt the butter halfway and reduce heat to medium-low. Add the jelly and stir until well melted.

Distribute the popped pop corn among individual bowls then drizzle the jelly over top of pop corn with squiggles of color.

Repeat the process with the remaining JOLLY TIME Pop Corn and a variety of colorful jams or jellies, using grape or blueberry, strawberry or cherry, pineapple or orange, apple mint, etc. Use different colors among the bowls, creating a colorful, festive pop corn celebration.

Don't worry about doing it perfectly--it won't stay in the bowl long!
