Hi Barbara, Just read your post..so here's your recipe... CAN'T FAIL DIVINITY 1-1/2 cups sugar 1/2 cup water pinch of salt l pint jar marshmallow creme l tsp. vanilla l cup chopped pecans Boil sugar, water, and salt to hard ball stage (250 degrees) Put marshmallow creme in a mixing bowl and stir in hot syrup. Beat until stiff and stands in peaks. Fold in vanilla and pecans Drop by the spoonful onto a plate or waxed paper Recipe from: "The Pecan Cookbook" Adams Pecan Company, Inc.
