Really great dessert on a hot summer night!
Oreo Ice Cream Pie
1/2 of a gallon of vanilla ice cream, softened. 8-oz. container of Cool Whip, softened. 1 package of Oreo cookies, crushed with a rolling pin. Chocolate sauce for drizzling
In a 9-inch pie pan, use enough of the cookie crumbs to make a crust, pressing the crumbs against the bottom and the sides of the pan.
Mix ice cream, cool whip, and remaining cookie crumbs together and fill the pie pan being careful not to break the crust.
Place in the freezer until ice cream is firm. Drizzle chocolate sauce over filling. Cut into slices and serve.
