To freeze corn safely, and to prevent bacteria growth: 1. Shuck and wash all ears 2. Have Large pot of boiling water ready with lid 3. Place 3,4 or 5 ears at a time only to prevent water from "cooling down" 4. Put lid on and time for 2 minutes 5. Remove with tongs and set in colander to cool a moment 6. Place in zip lock freezer bags, and close bags almost completely, Leave a small space and use a straw to "suck out" the air in the bag, and seal the end 7. Freeze after corn cools down a bit.
