To freeze corn safely, and to prevent bacteria growth:
1. Shuck and wash all ears
2. Have Large pot of boiling water ready with lid
3. Place 3,4 or 5 ears at a time only to prevent water from "cooling down"
4. Put lid on and time for 2 minutes
5. Remove with tongs and set in colander to cool a moment
6. Place in zip lock freezer bags, and close bags almost completely,
Leave a small space and use a straw to "suck out" the air in the
bag, and seal the end
7. Freeze after corn cools down a bit.
