(1) Try dicing it and cooking it in a pot of beans.

(2) Grind it up and make a Ham Sandwich Spread, by mixing it with some mayo or miracle whip, a sqirt of mustard, a Tbsp or two of pickle relish, and perhaps some chopped hard-boiled egg.

(3) Grind it up and make a ham loaf (like meatloaf).

(4) Chop or grind some to add to cream cheese, to spread on crackers.
