12 oz. bag of chocolate chips (or 11 oz. bag of milk chocolate chips) or you can mix them 1/2 of each bag together if you want 1 C. heavy cream.
Microwave the cream 1 min. til steamy; pour in the chips and let it set for about 1 minute. Then stir the chips and cream together until perfectly smooth. You may possibly need to microwave the mixture another 15-20 sec. or so, depending upon the wattage of your microwave. BE SURE NOT TO SCORCH!
This produces a wonderfully thick fudgy topping for the Snicker Bar cheesecake, or ice cream sundaes, or banana splits, or peanut butter pies.
