To all,
I've been delighted to find many of Popeye's recipies. I'm now searching for their jambalaya recipie, which is fabulous (try it if you haven't yet). I would also be interested in any good jambalaya recipies, since I'm originally from Louisiana and this is one of my favorite dishes. If you have any luck copying Popeye's or someone else's that's worth bragging about, please post it. Thank you for all of your help.
